I ordered the street tacos with barbacoa, ground beef and chicken. They were amazing. The hot sauce or salsa was spicy and very delicious. Wife ordered the enchiladas and thought it was to spicy for her but they tasted great to me.
Kids burrito was finished in less than 5 minutes by my son and he thought it was very good.
Price was reasonable.

Such great food -- scratch made with quality ingredients. Their breakfast burritos are outstanding (chorizo, egg and chili sauce is to die for) but the other food is great too. Always good service too. Family owned, small business that supports the Elizabeth community -- support them.

Best burritos! Forget driving all the way to Castle Rock for Santiago. Catrina's is the real deal! Amazing burritos! Fun atmosphere! Polite staff! Good service! I've taken my family here for dinner a bunch since they opened and the wife and I stop there some mornings on our way to work. Love this place! Thee best burritos I've had! An I don't even have to leave my town.

Honestly, some of the best, most authentic tacos I have had ANYWHERE in the Denver area, the inside is small but cute, only downfall to me is not being able to get a beer or margarita. I will tell you you need to try their Mexican tacos.. we get the pastor, steak, Barbacoa and carnitas, all comes on a plate w radishes, onions and amazing sauces and roasted jalapeño.. YOU NEED TO TRY THESE!!!

LOVE the Mexican style tacos. I eat at least 6 every time. The breakfast burritos are tasty too and they open at 6am which makes it great to swing in on the way to work. Keep up the delicious food!
